The first bedroom is furnished with two small double beds, while the second bedroom features one double bed. A fully stocked bathroom on the first floor provides fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.
There's also a sofa bed in the living room (all bedding provided). The living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use inside the house.
The dining room offers a versatile space with a generously sized dining table that seamlessly transforms into both a pool table and a ping pong table. This unique feature allows guests to come together for meals while also creating an ideal setting for post-dinner entertainment and friendly competition.
The property's location is perfect for accessing the best that Liverpool has to offer, with excellent public transport options, including bus and train routes into the city centre. Lark Lane and Sefton Park are just a stone's throw away, with plenty of bars, restaurants and independent shops to choose from.

CHECK-OUT
Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore important that you stick to these pre-agreed times.

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom

Additional notesCancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
