The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for meal preparation, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Additionally, a washing machine is provided inside the house for your convenience.

PARKING
Free street parking is available for multiple cars. The area is signed as residents only parking but as our guest you are welcome to use the street parking. As it's public street parking, there may be the possibility that someone uses the spaces outside our house. If you're not able to find a place to park on the street, you're welcome to use the NPC paid parking at the end of Bailey Street, just reach out with your receipt and I will reimburse you the cost.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore important that you stick to these pre-agreed times.
TOWELS & LINEN
- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)
- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom

Additional notesCancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
