Bedrooms: Six beautifully appointed bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Two feature two double beds, while four have one double bed each. The home cinema room also provides extra sleeping space with two double sofa beds. These aren't your typical sofa beds—they come with separate fold-out mattresses designed for superior comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In fact, many of our guests have commented that the sofa beds are just as comfortable as traditional beds, making them a fantastic option for extra guests.
Bathrooms: Five bathrooms in total (three standalone and two en-suite) ensure convenience for large groups. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your stay.
Home Cinema & Games Room: One of the highlights of this property is the combined home cinema and games room. Enjoy movie nights or sports events on the massive 98-inch TV (smart TV channels only, no Terrestrial), complete with ample seating for your entire group. Guest accessGuests have full access to the house and it is not a shared space. The only exception is the back yard which is not currently available to guests.
Additional notesPlease note that this house is located in a residential area and is not suitable for noisy or party groups. To help us to live in harmony with our neighbors, we have quiet hours between 11pm - 8am. If this isn't for you, please let us know and we’ll help find you a more suitable home or apartment.
Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
