The dining area, offers ample seating for both casual and formal gatherings with family and friends. A key highlight of this home is the versatile dining table, which effortlessly transitions into either a pool table or ping-pong table, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Liverpool.
Bedrooms:
Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms feature two double beds each, while six bedrooms are furnished with a one double bed. The living room also provides additional sleeping space with a double sofa bed, equipped with a separate fold-out mattress for superior comfort—ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Many of our guests have commented that the sofa bed offers the same level of comfort as a traditional bed, making it an excellent option for extra guests.
Bathrooms:
With four bathrooms in total (three full bathrooms and one half bath containing a toilet only), this home offers ample convenience for larger groups. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your stay

Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a plush corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV offering streaming services for your entertainment.
Parking & Accessibility:
Paid street parking is available directly outside the property (pay and display, max 2 hours), and all-day parking is also offered at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, just a 5-minute walk away. The property boasts excellent public transport links, providing easy access to bus and train routes, making it effortless to explore Liverpool’s iconic attractions.

Please note that this house is located in a residential neighbourhood and is not suitable for noisy or party groups. To help us to live in harmony with our neighbors, we have quiet hours between 11pm - 8am. If this isn't for you, please let us know and we’ll help find you a more suitable home or apartment.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
