Kitchen & Dining:
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining area features a versatile dining table that effortlessly converts into a ping-pong table—perfect for post-dinner fun with friends or family.

Bedrooms:
This apartment offers two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The first bedroom features two double beds, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. For extra guests, the living area is furnished with a double sofa bed that provides a restful night’s sleep, with the same level of comfort as a traditional bed, making it an excellent option for larger groups.

Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms—one is a full standalone bathroom, while the other is an ensuite for the second bedroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Living Area:
Relax in the spacious and inviting living room, which boasts a large corner sofa, a two seater sofa, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services (no satellite channels) accompanied by an Xbox One games console. making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or exploring the local nightlife.

Parking & Accessibility
Secure underground parking with one dedicated parking bay is provided free of charge with this property. Please note that due to limited space, the car park is only suitable for cars, not vans. A fob is provided to access the car park. The central location also offers excellent public transport links, with easy access to bus and train routes, making it a breeze to explore Liverpool’s iconic attractions.

Located just moments from the best that Liverpool has to offer, our apartment is close to the iconic Liverpool Cathedral, the bustling Liverpool One shopping district, and the picturesque Liverpool Docks. Additional Information:

Please note that this property is situated on the 2nd floor. There is a short flight of stairs to climb before reaching the lift.

Towels & Linen:
• All bed linens, including sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases, are provided.
• One bath towel per guest is supplied, along with hand towels for each bathroom. If you require additional towels, please bring your own.

Balcony:
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the private balcony, complete with a table and chairs.

Please note that this house is located in a residential area and is not suitable for noisy or party groups. To help us to live in harmony with our neighbors, we have quiet hours between 11pm - 8am. If this isn't for you, please let us know and we’ll help find you a more suitable home or apartment.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
