The space
This modern apartment is situated in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Harrington Chambers is a Grade II listed building known for its distinctive curved corner and stucco facade - a cornerstone of Liverpool's Victorian commercial architecture.

Located on the third floor, the apartment faces away from the main promenade, offering a peaceful retreat from the city centre's hustle and bustle. Guests enjoy the rare combination of central convenience with a quiet, restful night's sleep - the perfect blend of comfort, style, and tranquility.

This property is especially suited to families coming with a cot, high chair, and suitable for groups of up to eight guests.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 features two double beds and a modern en-suite bathroom with a spacious, contemporary design.

Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable double bed and work desk with contemporary fixtures and fittings.

Both bedrooms are light and airy with fitted wardrobes (including hangers) and modern finishes throughout.

A cot is available for families traveling with young children.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms ensure convenience for larger groups - an en-suite in Bedroom 1 and one shared bathroom. Towels, soap, and shampoo are provided on arrival.

Living Area:
Relax in the comfortable living room with a cozy sofa and large flat-screen TV featuring streaming services. The ping-pong table adds extra entertainment - perfect for unwinding with friends and family after exploring the city.

The living room also provides extra sleeping space with a double sofa bed (sleeping two additional guests). These isn't your typical sofa bed - it comes with separate fold-out mattresses designed for superior comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In fact, many of our guests have commented that the sofa beds are just as comfortable as traditional beds, making them a fantastic option for extra guests.

Kitchen & Dining:
The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The spacious dining area provides ample seating for socializing and dining together.

Parking & Accessibility:
Paid street parking is available directly outside the property.

All-day parking is also available at several nearby multi-story car parks (Victoria Street Car Park, JustPark (Water Street), and NCP Liverpool (Rumford Street)). All within a short, 5-minute walk.

The central location also offers excellent public transport links, with easy access to Liverpool One Bus Station and Liverpool Lime Street, making it a breeze to explore Liverpool’s iconic attractions.

Additional Information:

Towels, Soap, & Linen:
- All bed linens are provided, including sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
- One bath towel per guest is supplied, along with hand towels for each bathroom. If you require additional towels, please bring your own.
- Soap and shampoo is provided as a starter set. We do not replenish this during your stay.

For your peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with essential safety features, including:

Please note that this building does not have a lift. The flat is located on the third-floor, guests with mobility issues should consider this. If this is an issue, please let us know and we’ll help find you a more suitable home or apartment.

Please note: this building (Harrington Chambers) does not have a working intercom system. If you need to grant access to additional guests or visitors, you'll need to go downstairs to open the main door manually. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that this house is located in a residential building and is not suitable for noisy or party groups. To help us to live in harmony with our neighbors, we have quiet hours between 11pm - 8am. If this isn't for you, please let us know and we’ll help find you a more suitable home or apartment.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
