A beautiful apartment with ample space to socialise or relax, the apartment has a 'Netflix ready' TV in the lounge (please note that there is currently no terrestrial channels available).
There is a secure gated car park at the property which can be used free of charge. As you exit the apartment, you will be in view of Sefton park. A short stroll away you will find Lark Lane which is home to ample bars and restaurants.
There is a large kitchen area equipped with pots, pan, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven, toaster and washer/dryer. The lounge has an array of contemporary furniture providing a social environment for a large number of guests. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room, adding an extra sleeping option for guests.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the first has 1 double bed and the second has 2 small double beds.
The building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind during their stay.
Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.
Towels & Linen
- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)
- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
