The space
Bright, airy and spacious rooms accompanied by sophisticated modern interior design give this apartment unique style and character. The modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms stand out above most.

A beautiful apartment with ample space to socialise or relax, the apartment has a 'Netflix ready' TV in the lounge.

Parking is available for free for 1 car on the driveway, alternatively there's free street parking right outside the property. A short stroll away you will Sefton Park and the vibrant Lark Lane which is home to ample bars and restaurants.

There is a large kitchen area equipped with pots, pan, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher and toaster. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use in the communal area. The lounge has an array of contemporary furniture providing a social environment for a large number of guests.

The apartment has 2 bedroom, each with a double bed in. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. All bedding is provided for 6 people to sleep.

Please note that this apartment is not suitable for party groups

The building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind during their stay.

Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.

TOWELS & LINEN

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom

Guests will have access to the entirety of the apartment.
Additional notes
Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Getting around
It is 10-15 minute taxi to the city centre alternatively, you can catch the 75, 80 or 80A bus from Hartington Road which takes around 20 minutes.
