We're delighted to offer our guests fast and reliable 200 Mbps Wi-Fi, ensuring you can stay connected and catch up on work or stream your favourite shows on the 'Netflix ready' 4K TV in our spacious contemporary lounge.

If you're looking to venture out, the city center is only a short 20-minute drive away, or you can easily catch bus number 79 from outside Canton Palace restaurant (l15 6UY) or bus number 7 from Warnerville Road. For your convenience, there is a Tesco just a 6-minute drive away on Prince Alfred Road, and plenty of places to eat in Childwall Fiveways, which is only a 5-minute drive away.

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare your meals, including pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and a washer/dryer.

This stunning house boasts 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 3 of which have 1 double bed in and 2 of which have 2 small double beds in, accommodating up to 14 guests in total.

Please note that checkout is at 10 am sharp to allow the cleaner to arrive on time for the next guests. As such, we kindly ask that you adhere to this pre-agreed time.

We provide all bed linens, including sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases, and one bath towel and a hand towel per guest. Please bring your own if you require additional towels.

We kindly ask that you respect our house rules, which include no smoking, no parties or events, and no excessive noise after 11 pm. The number of guests in the property must not exceed the number specified in the booking.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
