The space

This house boasts a stylish and contemporary interior design, offering ample space for up to twelve guests. It comprises a total of four bedrooms, three equipped with double beds, while the fourth bedroom has two double beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms on the first floor, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your stay.

There's also a sofa bed in the living room (all bedding provided). The living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use inside the house.

The dining room offers a versatile space with a generously sized dining table that seamlessly transforms into both a pool table and a ping pong table. This unique feature allows guests to come together for meals while also creating an ideal setting for post-dinner entertainment and friendly competition.

The property's location is ideal for accessing all that Liverpool has to offer, with excellent public transport options, including bus and train routes to the city centre. Here, you can explore numerous bars, restaurants, museums, and the iconic Albert Dock.

Please note that in-line with our health and safety policy, we will also require you to submit your ID following completion of the booking.

PARKING
Free street parking is available for multiple cars

CHECK-OUT
Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore important that you stick to these pre-agreed times.

TOWELS & LINEN
- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)
- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- Not suitable for party groups
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am
- Number of guests in property must not exceed the number specified in the booking
- Check-out at 10am

Additional notes

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
